What you need

  • Passport validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the planned entry date; ensure the passport has at least 1 blank page.
  • Specific forms: No separate paper form; complete the online electronic visa application on the official e-Visa portal.
  • Financial proof: No published minimum bank balance is required for the e-Visa; carry proof of funds and be prepared to show funds if asked by border control.
  • Accommodation and return ticket: Proof of accommodation for the stay (hotel booking, Airbnb, or invitation letter from host) and a return or onward travel ticket are strongly recommended.
  • Photo spec: Digital photo for the online application: 35x45 mm; white background; color; head centered; file format JPG; maximum size ~2 MB.
  • Biometrics: Not required to submit biometrics as part of the online e-Visa process; border control may conduct standard checks on arrival.
  • Travel health insurance: Travel medical insurance with minimum coverage of USD 10,000 is required to be valid in Belarus for the duration of the stay.

How to apply online
