Tips for Germany travelers

  • Apply for the eVisa in advance if your stay may exceed 30 days, as on-the-spot extensions can be slow outside Maputo
  • Common rejection reason: missing yellow fever certificate when arriving via a country requiring it
  • Carry both a digital and printed copy of your eVisa approval if applicable
  • Use reputable transfer/tour operators, as infrastructure outside major cities is limited
  • No current bilateral travel advisories specifically restricting German travelers
